Caroline Workman has over 32 years experience in the field of organizational health. Working with Canada Life for 25 years, she’s responsible for the strategic delivery of wellness and disability management programs for large organizations with the goal of supporting the financial, physical and mental wellbeing of employees.
Caroline is passionate about giving back to her community where she’s participated in various volunteer and charity events. Caroline was a member of the Maverick Covid Committee.
As a parent of 2 daughters who were high performance athletes including her youngest that played with the Maverick Volleyball Club for 8 years, Caroline understands the benefits of sport on youth development and the life skills it provides.
